 In 2010 the short excavations of the Castle in Timmesøbjerg on the island of Møn was finished. But it took a long time for archaeologists to get permission to excavate. As a result, a group of Danish archaeologists made a rare discovery. The castle on Møn is much older than previously thought.

This year's festival «Ordkraft» has been took three days - from 7 to 9 April at the cultural center Nordkraft. The festival includes the latest news of Danish literature and meetings with the most renowned and respected Danish writers.

22 April 2011 at 18.00 in the educational program of the Biennale of modern architecture of St. Petersburg will be a presentation of the Danish architectural studio «Bjarke Ingels Group» («BIG»). «BIG» was founded in 2006 by architect Bjarke Ingels; studio is multiple winner of international competitions, in its portfolio are residential complexes «VM BJERGET» and «8TALLET» in Denmark Denmark's pavilion at Expo 2010 in Shanghai, etc.

 "From 2006 Music Museum is a part of the National Museum, and we have been dreaming for a long time about professional and creative musical partnership with the Danish Royal Conservatory of Music", - says the director of the Music Museum Lisbet Torp in her interview to Historie Online. She believes that common moving of Conservatory and Music Museum in the old Radio House positively affects to the dynamics of development of the Museum.

Mosgaard Museum started to built the new long-planned building for exhibitions. In 2005 an architectural competition won «Henning Larsen Architects» in cooperation with «Landskabsarkitekt Kristine Jensens Tegnestue». In subsequent work on the project engineering services were provided by «COWI». October 12, 2010 have been a tender for construction. The winners are two companies - «MT Højgaard» and «Lindpro», with whom a contract was signed.
