Since April 29, 2010 in Copenhagen will begin a major exhibition dedicated to the design as one of the essential areas of human activity. It will be named "10+ Design Forecast" (that means "Design Forecast for 10 years") and will review progress achieved in the field of design that have occurred in the first decade of the new millennium. The exhibition will help to understand what design trends will play a more significant role in the future.

"Master of Light" - the so-called exhibition, which opened recently in London National Gallery and dedicated to the creativity of the great artist of the golden age of Danish painting Christen Koebke (1810-1848). For portraits, landscapes and interior scenes Kebke characterized accurate transmission of light, refined palette, clarity of composition, calm intonation.

Aprill 16, 2010 Her Majesty Queen Margrethe II of Denmark is celebrating her 70 anniversary.
