Museum visitors throughout the country will soon be able to see some notable examples of Danish art, as the daily has its place in Art Museum Louisiana collection. There are a total of nearly 100 paintings that are sent around the 15 museums. Louisiana has agreed to "term deposit" works in the museums, where they will get far more for their rights, than is possible on the world-famous art museum in North Zealand. Among the many paintings include works by Carl-Henning Pedersen, Egill Jacobsen and Richard Mortensen, Wilhelm Freddie and Ejler Bille. Some paintings from Louisiana's collection have been deposited already at Nivaagaard and Vendsyssel Museum of Art.The other works will later be seen in the following museums: Art Museum of Bornholm, Carl-Henning Pedersen & Else Alfelt Museum, Esbjerg Kunstmuseum, Holstebro Art Museum, Art Museum in Tonder, art (North Jutland Art Museum), Ribe Kunstmuseum, Silkeborg Museum of Art, Statens Museum for Kunst, Trapholt, Way Kunstmuseum, Vejle Museum of Art, Art Museum Way, Vejle Kunstmuseum, Vendsyssel Art Museum, West Zealand Art Museum and art Aros Museum. |
