After an extensive restoration the church garden of Kai Munk will be donated to the Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum. This will happen at 1st of May, 2010.Even today many people come to look at the church garden and to walk in the park, which will be open to the public during all year. Therefore, it is expected that after the opening of exhibitions in the new building, which will occur in the coming months, the old Kai Munk's church garden will be one more popular and most visited place. Fund Vedersø instructed to introduce the Ministry of Culture with the end result before May 1, 2010 All work is carried by Ringkøbing-Skjern Museum. The head of the Museum appointed Lisbeth Lunde Lauridsen. Lisbeth Lunde Lauridsen emphasizes that relates to the mission entrusted to it with great respect and appreciation, and would like to focus on the life of Kay Munch and his word as a poet, writer, public figure and priest. Lisbeth Lunde Lauridsen also hopes to work closely with the Kai Munk Research Center of Aalborg University, where studies of his work has been conducted.
