The simplest way to get to Denmark is by airlines services, that can offer various flights to Copenhagen. Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup in Danish) is the main airport in Denmark, situated 8 km south-east of Copenhagen center. Built in 1925, the airport serves above 20 million passengers in more than 110 directions annually. Copenhagen Airport has 3 air terminals (a free autobus runs between them)- terminal 1 (built in 1969), terminal 2 (built in 1964) and terminal 3 (built in 1998). Terminal 1 serves domestic flights( Aarhus, Aalborg, Billund, Karup, Sønderborg, Bornholm, Esbjerg), terminals 2 and 3 serve international flights.
