Susanne Bier's new movie

The main heroine film is beautiful Marianne, who is working as hairdresser. She lose her home and her husband, goes to his daughter's wedding in Italy, where she meets Emil. This is a short movie's story of Danish director Susanne Bier, received about 6 million Danish kroner from the Danish Institute of Cinematography, as reports Berlingske Tidende with reference to Pol.dk.

 

Work on the film will take place at «Zentropa»; and so far unnamed romantic comedy genre is close to her film «Den eneste ene», thanks to which in 1999 Susanne Bier has received wide international reputation. Since then, Susanne Bier has made a number of other major paintings, among them   «Hævnen» (the official release date in Denmark is 26 August 2010).

The theme of "Hævnen" with  Mikael Persbrandt and Trine Dyrholm is revenge and human relations at various levels.
