![]() Regional non-governmental organization”Veda” Korchakovsky' Information and Cultural Center of tolerance ”Manege” Central Exhibition Center With the support of Nordic Council of Ministers Present the exhibition ”Denmark, Greenland, Iceland - frozen moments” 7-20 February 2011 Iceland, Denmark, Greenland delight by rugged beauty, fellowship and in the same time by their originality. The photographs exhibited on the exhibition ”Denmark, Greenland, Iceland - frozen moments” will describe the relation of the inhabitants of these northern countries to the environment and each other. The authors of the photographs visited Iceland in 2008 and Denmark and Greenland in 2010 within the frame of cultural exchange program, carried out with the support of Nordic Council of Ministers. Additional result of this international project is that the photo exhibition has already become traditional. The exhibition is designed to introduce St. Petersburg's residents and its guests to the geographical peculiarities, the diversity of nature and living conditions in Iceland, Denmark and Greenland, and to encourage expansion and deepening of international relations. On February 20, on the closing dag visitors will be presented a documentary film about Greenland done by participants of the project. Duration of film”Greenland" is 45 minutes.
